Abstract    Gallbladder carcinoma is a common malignant cancer. But there is no significant breakthrough in the diagnosis and therapy. The genes related to gallbladder carcinoma are c-myc，Bcl-2，p53 and p16 survivin. It should emphasize the importance of basic research of gallbladder carcinoma and cooperation between different research institutions to achieve the resources sharing, avoid the waste of resources and propose to develop the suitable guideline of gallbladder carcinoma for China.
