Abstract    Surgical clinical pathway refers to that setting up a standard flow or a pathway on the basic of surgical technology and experience to treat some desease, as to regulating medical payment standar, guding medical behavior, monitoring medical quality, enhancing hospital management and some other functions. Surgical clinical pathway is a part of clinical pathway, from which the author would anylize the functions, legal status, legal responsbility of clinical pathway. And also try to elaborate the legal value of clinical pathway.
