Abstract    Neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas comprise a variety of types with different characteristics. The rarity of these tumors renders the accumulation of clinical experience very slow and gives rise to the argument on the managements. Surgical managements, such as radical resection or debulking，play an important role in this field. Different procedures could be applied to different tumors with different types, different locations, and different developing stages. Different surgeon would make different decisions to select procedure for certain disease.
