Abstract    With the development of the technique of living donor liver transplantation(LDLT), the conception of precise hepatectomy, which include of maximally complete remove of lesion, minimal invasion of the body, maximal protection of liver function and maximally fast of recovery, have been understood by more and more surgeons. The technique of LDLT have been more and more often used in other hepatic procedures. The technique of precise hepatectomy will increase the radical resection rate of liver cancer and safety of operation, decrease the operation injury and complication morbidity, especially in some complicated cases. It will be helpful to improve the prognosis and life quality for patients received liver surgery.
