Abstract    There are two epigenetic modification mechanisms，including DNA methylation and histone modification. Epigenetic  modification abnormalities can cause tumors. Studies of the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation and its reversibility have resulted in the identification of novel targets that may be useful in developing new strategieed for the molecular targets treatment of cancer.
