Abstract    Objective    To estimate the experiences for the treatment and diagnosis of post gastrectomy hemorrhage. Methods    A retrospective study was performed on the treatment of 9 post gastrectomy hemorrhage patients who performed gastrectomy between January 2008 and January 2009 at Affiliated Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. Among them, 7 patients  were early and 2 patients rete late gastrointestinal hemorrhage respectively. Results All the patients were recovered after appropriated treatment such as conservative therapy, reoperation, endoscopic treatment and digital subtraction angiography. Conclusion    It should pay attention to the treatment for post gastrectomy hemorrhage. The active treatment and accurate surgery technique are the key solutions for the treatment of post gastrectomy hemorrhage.
