Abstract Small intestinal disease is the rare cause of gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Diagnosis and treatment is very difficult. The main causes of bleeding include tumor, small intestinal vessels disease and inflammatory disease. The diagnosis of these diseases are mainly according to capsule endoscopy, enteroscopy, DSA and radioisotope scanning. Explorative operation is the last choice because of low definited diagnosis rate and high risk. Treatment first is to keep the vital sign stable. The second is to identify the cause. All the treatment including further expectant treatment and operation must be according to the diagnosis.
