Abstract    There was a new advance in the visible and noinvasive examination of small bowel with used capsule endoscopy (CE), which had been the most important method of diagnosis. Small intestinal bleeding accounted for certain proportion of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. CE had the better diagnosis effect in small bowel bleeding, especially for the obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. However, CE shall be advance at the place and nature of small intestinal diseases.
