Abstract Objective To assess the influence and correlative factors of chemotherapeutic drug in breast cancer patients’ liver function. Methods Retrospective study the changes of liver function data between the before and after thermotherapy in breast cancer patients, and analysis the correlative factors. Results There were 25 patients had been diagnosed as Drug-induced liver injury(DILI) among the 391 patients. They were characterized by extraordinarily increasing in ALT,AST and ALT/ALP. The BMI, lipid metabolic disease,the chemotherapeutic types and cycles were significantly correlative factors of DILI(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapeutic drug-induced liver injury is quite common in clinical, it should be attached importance to the laboratory examination and have some indicators which brings the chemotherapy to success.
