At present, Chinese oncosurgery still faces a number of specialist problems, which should be solved urgently, need a strict rules-based system. The system should be based on the patients’specific circumstances, such as cancer characteristics, pathological and biological characteristics, and also must take into account the economic situation of patients with a planned and rational application of existing treatment. It should be developed a set of guidelines of Chinese patients with the overall standardization of treatment programs and a view to improve the cure rate and patient quality of life.
