Abstract    Perioperative fluid therapy is an important component of perioperative disposal. The influence of fluid therapy on organic coagulation function is paid more and more attention. The article will have a summary of the purpose of fluid therapy and the influences of types of fluid, infusion quantity and the physical and chemical quality on the coagulation function.
