Abstract The operation is an important risk factor for leading to arterio-venous thromboembolism. Rational anticoagulant therapy can prevent thrombosis and improve the patient's recent, long-term prognosis. In the article, it explored the assessment of risk-benefit ratio of perioperative prevention and treatment of thromboembolic / bleeding complications as well as perioperative anticoagulation management strategies associated with special groups, special operations and other complex clinical situations.
