The pathogenesis of sepsis contains complicated relationships among inflammation, coagulation and immune system. Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), as a kind of blood purification technique, can maintain homeostasis and modulate inflammation and immunoparalysis of patients with septic shock，which has a promising future.
