Therefore, many doctors have diverse views involving in the diagnosis and therapy of the GSC. Currently, there exist no uniform guidline in the treatment of GSC patients and the prognosis of patients with GSC is relatively poor. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is more and more widely applied in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
