Three of them had malignant lesion and received extended resection. After the operation, no obvious change was observed in the appearance of the breast Conclusion Resection of intraductal lesions under the guidance of mammography image location is less traumatic with good cosmetic outcomes. It characterized easy to learn，economics，especially enhance the diagnostic and treatment of intraduactal lesions effectively.
