Department of General Surgery, Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University , Beijing100050,China Corresponding author: ZHANG Zhong-tao,E-mail:zhangzht@medmail.com.cn Abstract With the maturity of fiber duodenoscope, choledochoscope and laparoscopic technique, the hybrid minimally invasive surgery has been more and more popular in the therapy of bile duct stone, and became useful alternative procedure to the treatment. For the patients to be treated by the minimally invasive technique, the preoperatively accuate assessment and comprecensive planning are very important. No matter what procedure would be used, it must obey the following principles: eliminating lesions, relieving obstruction, clearing stones and expediting drainage. Every surgeon should master the all these techniques, in order to plan an effective, minimally invasive and individualized treatment, meanwhile to try to avoid iatrogenic bile duct injure.
