For those who experienced the complexity of conventional surgical treatment, have been or will soon appear irreversible liver and biliary system dysfunction or failure in patients with complex biliary lithiasis,liver transplantation technology provides an effective way to the final cure.Type Ⅲ and type IV hepatolithiasis is likely to receive liver transplantation. Infection control and improvement of coagulation function is two important aspects inpre-liver transplantation. Effective anti-infective treatment and individualized immunosuppression after liver transplantation program is the key to improve the success rate.
