Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital University of Medical Sciences, Beijing 100020, China Abstract Breast multiple fibroma was common benign breast tumor and the pathogeny is still uncertain， bus it is much easier for diagnosis. It is usually found in young women and surgery is the best choice. But breast may be out of sharp after surgery if the procedure is inappropriate. The strategies of operation should be different according to the size and location of tumors.
