Abstract    Transfusion of blood components is a frequent intervention in surgical patients. It has different physiopathologic feature and clinical manifestation in bleeding and coagulopathies induced by different disease, such as trauma，hemorrhage，sepsis，liver dysfunction，renal dysfunction. And it’s different in the dose and timing of blood products application.
