外科病人麻醉期液体治疗

摘要：

麻醉期间液体治疗是维持病人生命体征稳定的重要环节，其根本目的是维持组织灌注及保证组织氧供。在麻醉期间进行液体治疗时，应摒弃一成不变、公式化的传统治疗方式，充分考虑所选液体的优缺点，因人而异、因病而异、因时而异，给予病人最适宜的个体化液体治疗方案。

Abstract    Perioperative fluid therapy is one of the very important treatments that maintain perfusion and oxygen supply for the tissues，and maintain stable vital signs of the patient during the surgery. The conventional，formulaic and oversimplified opinions of perioperative fluid therapy should be abandoned. The anesthetists should master the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of fluid，and provide perioperative administered intravenous fluid therapy from individual to individual.
