感染是外科病人在围手术期最重要的危险因素，常关系病人的住院时间、费用及并发症甚至预后。根据感染发生的时间可以分为术前、术中和术后感染，均有各自的特点，其中术中感染是关键。须给予足够认识，积极预防，及时发现并处理，才可能使病人转危为安。

Abstract    The infection in perioperative period is very important，which is associated with hospitalization time，cost，complication and prognosis of patients. According to occurrence time，infection can be divided into the three phases：preoperative，intraoperative and postoperative infection. Every phase has its own characteristics and should be realized carefully. The patients with infection may be safe by active prevention and prompt treatment.
