胆囊癌分期临床意义及评价

摘要：

胆囊癌是胆道系统最常见的恶性肿瘤，恶性程度高，预后差，科学合理的分期对治疗方式的选择和预后判断起重要指导作用。美国癌症联合委员会（AJCC）和国际抗癌联盟（UICC）联合发布的TNM分期在胆囊癌各种分期方法中应用最广泛，2010年又发布了新的分期标准，这对胆囊癌选择科学合理的治疗方案有着十分重要的指导意义，但也存在着不足和缺点。当然，除AJCC分期标准以外，其他分期也各具优缺点。

Abstract    Gallbladder carcinoma represents the most common and malignant type among the biliary tract carcinomas associated with poor prognosis. A reasonable staging system is directioe to treatments selection and prognosis evaluation. Multiple staging systems have been described for gallbladder carcinoma, which have their own advantages and disadvantages. Tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) staging system for gallbladder carcinoma, developed by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) and the International Union Against Cancer (UICC), is the most widely used and recommended system. The novel seventh edition has been used since 2010 instead of the 6th edition published in 2002. The new version is a guideline for the appropriate therapy of gallbladder carcinoma in future although there are still some flaws. Other stage systems have their advantages besides AJCC.
