重视肝癌术后复发的诊断和规范化治疗

摘要：

肝癌术后总体的5年复发率高达70%，复发是肝癌病人术后死亡的首要原因。为了进一步提高手术治疗的效果，必须重视肝癌术后复发的早发现、早诊断和规范化的治疗；依据病人的肿瘤特性及肝功能情况，进行多学科综合治疗是目前的方向。临床随机对照试验的结果是选择具体治疗策略的直接依据。

Abstract    The recurrence and metastasis (as high as 70%) after surgical treatments of liver cancer are of the main obstacle to achieve better results. Early detection, diagnosis and standardized treatment should be performed for the improvement of surgical effects. Combination therapies to utilize the advantages of individual method according to the stage and liver functional reserve of different patients are of paramount importance. The randomized controlled clinical trials are the basis to evaluate the therapeutic strategies.
