术后甲状旁腺功能减退（简称甲旁减）是与外科关系最为密切的甲状旁腺功能异常性疾病，以血钙和甲状旁腺素（PTH）降低为特征性改变。永久性甲旁减需要长期内科治疗。传统的治疗方法主要是应用钙剂和维生素D制剂。随着PTH类药物的研发问世，未来有望实现对术后甲旁减的PTH替代治疗。

Abstract    Postoperative hypoparathyroidism is most commonly seen as a complication of thyroid or parathyroid surgery. It is characterized by a state of hypocalcemia with inappropriately low plasma parathyroid hormone (PTH). The standard treatment of hypoparathyroidism consists of oral calcium and vitamin D supplementation. PTH is a promising option for replacement therapy of postoperative hypoparathyroidism.
