Abstract    Hemorrhagic shock is a common type of hypovolemic shock during periopreative period. It should conduct a comprehensive assessment for perioperative patients with hemorrhagic shock, including hemodynamic monitoring，oxygen metabolism and tissue perfusion monitoring and coagulation monitoring. At the same time, rational treatment such as fluid resuscitation, stopping bleeding and blood transfusion therapy should be performed.
