胃肠减重手术已成为2型糖尿病常规内科治疗外的一种有效替代疗法，其疗效得到国际公认。然而，国际上针对2 型糖尿病的外科治疗尚无统一标准，在病人选择、术前评估和手术方式等方面缺乏规范措施，使手术无法达到最佳的临床疗效。目前影响2型糖尿病外科疗效的因素有术式选择、病人肥胖类型、年龄、糖尿病严重程度、β细胞功能损耗程度、不同类型病人的基因差异等，分析何种病人适合手术及影响糖尿病手术效果的因素，对获得更佳的临床疗效很有必要。

Abstract    Surgery for type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） is proved effective all over the world.The surgical curative effect of type 2 diabetes are currently affected by many factors, such as surgical method, obesity degree，age, β cell function，genotype and so on. Thoroughly analysis and discuss these factors will help us in correcting our treatment and set up Chinese standard on surgical therapy of T2DM.
