腹腔开放和暂时性腹腔关闭是严重创伤、腹腔感染及腹腔间室综合征救治过程中的重要手段，如果使用规范，能够极大地提高救治成功率，但滥用这一手段也会引起一系列的并发症。规范化使用腹腔开放和暂时性腹腔关闭技术需要注意以下环节：危重病救治过程中要采取必要措施防范发生腹腔间室综合征，明确腹腔开放的适应证，正确选择暂时性腹腔关闭的方法，避免腹腔开放出现并发症，准确把握腹腔开放和确定性腹腔关闭时机，在腹腔开放的同时，积极进行肠内营养支持，提高确定性腹腔关闭的成功率，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract    Open abdomen and temporary closure are important means in the management of severe trauma, intra-abdominal sepsis and abdominal compartment syndrome. Standardized use of these measures can improve cure rate dramatically, but abuse of open abdomen can lead to a series of complications. Standardized approach in the open abdomen and temporary closure includes highly awareness and preventive measures against abdominal compartment syndrome, strictly follow the indications of open abdomen, proper selection of temporary abdominal closure method, prevention of complications during open abdomen, timely open and definitive closure of the abdomen, aggressive use of enteral nutrition during open abdomen and temporary closure to increase the success rate and reduce complications related to definitive abdominal closure.
