中华医学会外科学分会疝和腹壁外科学组于2012年对我国原有的《成人腹股沟疝手术治疗方案》和《腹壁切口疝手术治疗》进行了全面修订，出台了《中国腹壁疝诊疗指南（2012版）》。作为指南性的文件，其主要目的是根据长期的诊治经验和临床数据，制定出一些有规律性的建议供医生参考，以纠正外科医生在该疾病诊治中出现的：概念混乱、技术应用不规范、材料选择不当、并发症增加（尤其是严重并发症）等问题。2012年原国家卫生部医疗服务标准专业委员会和中国医师协会根据国人具体情况出台《成人腹股沟疝、股疝诊断和质量控制标准》和《腹壁切口疝诊断和质量控制标准》。质量控制标准不同于指南，是一个行业标准，所以说质量控制标准是医疗技术、管理方法及其经济效益概念的综合体现，最终产生医疗结果。虽然这两个在性质上有所不同，但外科医生能借助指南的要求达到质量控制的目的，促使外科医生做好疝和腹壁外科的诊疗工作。

Abstract    The China Hernia Society (CHS) published through generally modifying the and , which were compiled in 2012. As the Guideline, the main purpose is to conduct some regular advices to surgeons, based on clinical data and long-term clinical experiences. Consequently, we can justify some chaos happened hernia diagnosis and treatment, such as confused concepts, nonstandard technology implementation, impertinent material choices, increasing complications (especially some serious complications), and etc.In 2012, the CHCS (Chinese Hernia College of Surgeons) and the Professional Committee of Health Service Standardization of the Ministry of Health (the current Department of Health and Family Planning Commission) planned to publish and diagnosis and treatment of ventral incisional hernia. The QCS (Quality control standardization) is different from a guideline. It id a profession standard, so we can say the QCS is the health care result from the combination of medical technology, management method, and their effectiveness.
