在急诊情况下，普外科医生对于肠系膜血管疾病往往难以做到早期识别与及时有效处理。各种类型的急性肠系膜血管疾病均有病情重、预后差、病死率高等特点。在肠坏死前早期诊断是提高病人存活率的关键，而及时有效地处理则能明显改善病人的预后。近年来，随着诊疗技术的不断提高，普外科医生对于急性肠系膜血管疾病的认识也在逐步深入。

Abstract    It is hard to diagnose early and give appropriate management for the patients who get mesenteric vascular disease. The prognosis of all types of acute mesenteric vascular disease is grave，and the mortality is high. Diagnosis of acute mesenteric vascular disease before the occurrence of permanent tissue damage is the best way to improve patients’ survival，and patients who receive the effective treatment in a timely manner are much more likely to recover.
