肝脏的结节性病变中，良性结节性病变的发病率明显高于恶性病变，包括肝囊肿、肝海绵状血管瘤、局灶性结节增生、肝腺瘤以及炎症性病变等。近年来，随着医学影像学技术的进展，多层螺旋CT、磁共振成像、超声、正电子发射型计算机断层显像（PET-CT）等技术的广泛应用，为肝脏的病变的准确和特异性诊断提供了支持，部分病变可以从分子水平上评估其情况，有利于对病变进行治疗前的准确诊断。因此，认识肝脏各种良性占位性病变的影像诊断方法及其影像学表现，对临床诊治至关重要。

Abstract    Among all the nodular lesions of liver，benign nodular lesions，which includes hepatic cyst，haemangioma，focal nodular hyperplasia and other inflammation disease，has much higher incidence rate than malignant lesions. As medical image technique develops，multi-slice spiral CT，magnetic resonance imaging，ultrasound and PET-CT have already been used widely. So some lesions could be evaluated molecularly. As a result，the sensitivity and specificity are higher and accurate diagnosis could be made before therapy. In one word，knowing the medical image technique and the imaging findings of hepatic benign nodular lesions are important for daily clinical works.
