近年，应用射频消融（RFA）治疗结肠癌肝转移（CRLM）逐渐增多。单独RFA或联合应用可提高不可切除CRLM的疗效，尤其对于直径<3 cm转移灶的疗效已经得到肯定。RFA提高了不可切除CRLM的总体疗效,但仍需要随机大样本循证医学证据,其疗效依赖于RFA技术水平的提高及医生经验的不断积累。

Abstract    Recent years, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has been applied more frequently for the colorectal liver metastases (CRLM). RFA can increase the efficacy of unresectable CRLM separately or in combination with other therapies, especially for <3 cm metastases. RFA improves the overall efficacy of unresectable CRLM, but large random samples of Cochrane evidence are needed. The efficacy of RFA depends on the improvement of technologies and the accumulation of medical experience.
