Abstract    There is a large proportion of colorectal cancer patients with advanced stage in China. Multivisceral resection is the only way to treat colorectal cancer patients with advanced stage. The core principle of surgery is R0 resection. It is important to follow the indication strictly. MDT model is the best guarantee to obtain fundamental in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients, which has become the standard mode in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
