结直肠癌肝转移是结直肠癌病人最主要的死亡原因。通过多学科综合治疗团队（MDT）开展积极的综合治疗有望提高结直肠癌肝转移灶的手术切除率和和5年存活率。良好的MDT需要医疗机构管理部门和临床医生的共同努力。目前在国内的一些医疗机构中已经建立了较为规范完善的结直肠癌专病MDT，但进一步推广、普及还任重道远。

Abstract    Liver metastasis is the major death cause of colorectal cancer. The resection and survival rate of liver metastasis from colorectal cancer could be dramatically improved through multidisciplinary team (MDT). The effective MDT could only achieved by joint efforts from administration and physicians in a hospital. Some standard MDTs for colorectal cancer have been established in some hospitals of China, which still need to be developed and popularized.
