微创技术在炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）治疗中的作用逐渐体现。其优点包括术后恢复快，住院时间短和并发症发生率较低等。但其手术时间长、技术要求高和学习曲线过长仍是不争事实。国内开展相关的实践非常必要，但如何选择合适的IBD病例进行微创手术仍须进一步研究。

Abstract    Laparoscopic surgery has recently been gaining acceptance as an alternative approach for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Multiple studies have proven that the laparoscopic approach is a safe and successful alternative for selected patients. The potential benefits include faster recovery, shorter hospital stays and lower complication rates. However, the appropriate selection criteria are still under investigation.
