溃疡性结肠炎（UC）已成为消化科的常见病，面对国内对其诊治水平层次不同、总体水平落后的现状，推行溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治尤为重要。国内一线城市的消化科病房诊治UC水平基本与国外接轨，但多数城镇医院对相关UC知识的掌握仍较匮乏。UC常被冠名为“慢性结肠炎”，治疗策略只是依据最初的判断给予对症处理。强调溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治培训、推广多学科协作治疗模式，对于溃疡性结肠炎的规范化诊治非常重要。

Abstract    Ulcerative colitis（UC）has become a common digestive ailment. The level of diagnosis and treatment on ulcerative colitis is unbalance and still falls behind in China. Knowledge of UC in most towns is still relatively scarce although some digestive wards in big cities have already kept up with the foreign countries. UC is often called “chronic colitis”, and symptomatic treatment is just taken based on the initial judgment. It is necessary to carry out the standardization of diagnosis and treatment on ulcerative colitis. Herein, some key issues are very important, such as standardized training, treatment model of multidisciplinary team.
