随着甲状腺癌发病率的上升，国内开始重视甲状腺结节及分化型甲状腺癌的治疗，并发布了最新的相关指南，该指南与美国国立综合癌症网络（NCCN）、美国甲状腺学会（ATA）指南相比，在甲状腺结节术前评估、手术方式、术后131I治疗及促甲状腺激素（TSH）抑制治疗方面均更加贴近我国国情，尤其是增加了良性甲状腺结节的治疗建议及基于双风险评估的TSH抑制治疗目标，为国内甲状腺结节诊治标准的提出建立了基础。

Abstract    With the rise in the incidence of thyroid cancer, domestic doctors focus on the treatment of thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer, and published the latest guideline. Compared to the guidelines of NCCN and ATA, this guideline suits China's national conditions in nodule evaluation, surgical procedures, postoperative 131I therapy and TSH suppression treatment. In particular, the recommendations for treatment of benign thyroid nodules and TSH suppression therapy goals based on double risk assessment are being put forward, and established the foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules standard.
