胰腺囊腺癌临床少见，且缺乏典型症状，故术前诊断困难。同时，其生物学特性及预后与胰腺导管腺癌明显不同，术后5年存活率高达50%以上，因此，临床上宜采取积极手术策略。

Abstract    Pancreatic cystadenocarcinomas(PCAs) are infrequent, absent of typical symptoms and difficult in diagnosis before operation. PCAs differ from pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas in biobehavior and prognosis. After resection, the 5-year survival is 50%, so for PCAs, positive strategy of surgery is essential.
