胰腺囊性肿瘤包括多种病变，预后各不相同。对胰腺囊性肿瘤做出正确诊断是进行合理治疗的基础。近年来，随着微创理念的不断进步，也改变着疾病的治疗模式，腹腔镜胰腺手术越来越多的应用于临床。在胰腺囊性肿瘤的临床处理中，应当根据病变性质的不同，采取恰当的治疗策略，并选择合理的手术方式，在满足肿瘤根治性的前提下，尽可能的保留病人脏器功能，开展微创手术，减少手术对病人产生的创伤。

Abstract    Pancreatic cystic neoplasms, including varies diagnosis with different prognosis. Correct diagnosis is the precondition of rational treatment for these diseases. In the era of minimally invasive surgery, treatment modalities have changed a lot. And in treating pancreatic cystic neoplasms, we should optimize our surgical strategy and methods mainly based on the disease oncologic properties. With requirements on oncological treatment and patient safty fulfilled, we should focus on preserving organ functions with minimally invasive surgery and miniaturizing surgical trauma.
