医源性胆管损伤是当前腹部外科的难题之一，且近年来有上升趋势，严重威胁病人的生活质量和生命安全。目前尚缺乏具有大规模循证医学研究基础的对各类胆管损伤均有指导意义的诊治规范。胆总管下段尤其是胆胰肠结合部损伤具有特殊性，如处理失当后果甚为严重。

Abstract    Nowadays iatrogenic bile duct injury is one of the difficulties in abdominal surgery. With gradually increasing incidence，it severely damages life quality and safety of patients. There is lack of diagnostic and therapeutic standards for all bile duct injuries based on evidence-based medicine. As the end of the common bile duct，especially in pancreaticoduodenal region，is special and important，and its injury is more destructive.
