广义的胆胰肠结合部包括远端胆管、胰管、十二指肠及周围血管神经，解剖关系复杂，极易在术中引起医源性损伤，因此需要深入认识胆胰肠结合部医源性损伤的发生机制及诊疗策略。胆胰肠结合部损伤的早期诊断、合理治疗以及围手术期的有效预防，可显著降低胆胰肠结合部医源性损伤的发生率及病死率。

Abstract    Generalized choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction includes distal bile duct，pancreatic duct，duodenum，peripheral blood vessels and nerves，which has a complex anatomical composition，can easily be damaged during operation. Therefore it requires further research in pathogenesis，diagnosis and management of iatrogenic injury of choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction. By the effective prevention，early diagnosis and proper management during perioperation，morbidity and mortality of iatrogenic injury of choledocho-pancreatico-duodenal junction can be reduced significantly.
