全胃切除术后病人会出现营养代谢障碍问题，包括体重减轻、贫血、营养不良性骨病、维生素缺乏等一系列营养相关并发症。术后长期合理地饮食调理及术后健康心理教育是治疗全胃切除术后营养相关并发症的关键。

Abstract    Patients performed total gastrectomy often complicated with nutritional and metabolic disorders including weight loss, anemia, alimentary osteopathy, vitamin deficiency, etc. Long term postoperative reasonable diet adjusting and mental health education are the key treatments for the patients with nutritional complications after total gastrectomy.
