消化道出血是胃癌根治术后较少见的并发症。但此类病人往往病情较重、进展迅速，如不采取正确处理措施，将会导致严重后果。由于出血部位难以确定，出血原因较难诊断，临床处理十分棘手。正确认识出血原因、采取适当的预防与处理方法，具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract    Gastrointestinal hemorrhage is rare complications after radical surgery of gastric cancer. Surgeons must determine both the location and the causes of gastrointestinal bleeding after radical surgery of gastric cancer and to optimize the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. It is crucial to recognize the factors and choose the appropriate treatment method of elementary hemorrhage after radical gastrectomy.
