内镜治疗胃肠道疾病正日益被接受并开展应用，与外科手术相比，具有创伤小、疗效确切、恢复快、病人术后生活质量高等优点。对于没有淋巴结转移、浸润程度较浅的起源于黏膜层的胃肠道局部病灶，可以尝试于内镜下完整切除。而对于起源于黏膜肌层或固有肌层的病灶，首选推荐于内镜辅助腹腔镜双镜联合下切除。一旦内镜治疗过程中出现穿孔或出血等严重的并发症，应及时行外科手术干预。

Abstract    Endoscopic treatment is increasingly accepted and has been applicable for treatment of gastrointestinal disease. Compared with surgery, endoscopic treatment is safer, more effective, faster recovery with satisfactory surgical outcome. Endoscopic treatment can be used for the lesions located at mucous layer without lymph node metastasis. Laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery is preferred for the treatment of lesions located at muscularis mucosa or muscularis propria. Once the complications such as perforation or bleeding happened in the treating process of endoscopic treatment, surgical intervention should be performed in time.
