手术相关并发症是评价腹腔镜胃癌手术安全性和可行性的重要指标。腹腔镜胃癌手术难度较大，常见的并发症有腹腔出血、十二指肠残端瘘、吻合口出血、吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄等。发生手术并发症将延长住院时间，增加医疗费用，甚至产生医疗纠纷，应该引起外科医师足够的重视。在度过学习曲线后，腹腔镜胃癌手术是安全的，并不增加并发症的发生。

Abstract    Surgical complications are the important indicators to evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery. Laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery is difficult. The common complications include abdominal bleeding, duodenal stump leakage, anastomotic bleeding, anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis, etc. Complications will extend hospital stay, increase medical costs and even produce medical dispute, which must be enough emphasized. Throughout the learning curve, laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery is safe, doesn’t increase the incidence of complications.
