乳腺叶状肿瘤是一种少见的乳腺肿瘤，属于纤维上皮源性疾病。临床表现缺乏特异特征，酷似纤维腺瘤，术前临床诊断主要依靠病理组织检查。空芯针穿刺为最佳方法。叶状肿瘤临床分为良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤。治疗方法以外科手术为惟一首选方法，首次手术切除范围的合理性是预后的重要因素。术后辅助化疗、放射治疗及内分泌治疗的疗效不肯定。

Abstract    Phyllodes tumors，which are defined as fibroepithelital of breast tumours，are uncommon，and they are difficult to predict biologic behavior based on clinicopathologic features. The diagnosis and classification of phyllodes tumors of the breast rely mainly on histopathological examination. Core needle aspiration biopsy is the best diagnostic method. The different surgical operation should be performed according to the different classification. Breast surgery with clear margin is the current treatment of choice for phyllodes tumors. The rationality of the first operation resection range is the most important prognostic factor. The postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, radiation therapy and endocrine therapy appear to be increasing in recent years，but their efficacy is debatable.
