特殊类型乳腺癌是指发病率低、临床和组织学上具有特征性的一组异质性乳腺癌。其中有些亚型的生物学特性已较明确，但部分类型尚不明确。特殊类型乳腺癌发病率低、异质性大，目前认识和研究基础的分类尚有较大局限性。随着人类对乳腺癌认识的不断深入，少见乳腺癌类型会受到更多关注和研究，从而完善治疗策略。

Abstract    On pathology, in contrast to invasive ductal carcinoma, not otherwise specified, which accounts for more than half of the whole group of breast cancer, special type breast cancer refers to a group of heterogeneous subtypes of breast cancer. Special type breast cancer has much lower incidence and relative defined clinical and histological characteristics. The biologic characters and natures have been recognized for some of the subtypes.
