Abstract    Objective After soft tissue sarcoma excision, the recurrence rate is very high, which brings the serious burden to the patients, family and even the society. Iatrogenic question, discipline overlapping question and various cognitions, interfere with the enhancement of curative effect. Enhancing the cognition of specialty and faculty, the multi-disciplinary cooperation and blend together, constant improvement of theory and practice are beneficial to the reduction of recurrence rate. The recommended surgical treatment mode of barrier resection plus the repair reconstruction will cause the local control of sarcoma and function recovery complements each other.
