复发性腹膜后软组织肿瘤由于其周围解剖结构复杂，与原发性肿瘤相比，对周围器官及血管的侵犯更重，这为再手术治疗增加了难度和风险。目前，除手术治疗外尚无有效的治愈方法，采取积极的外科手段，尽可能地切除肿瘤，仍可使部分病人临床获益。

Abstract    Because of distorted anatomical structure and severe invasion into vascular and surrounding organs in comparison with primary retroperitoneal tumors, the reoperative surgical managements of recurrent retroperitoneal soft tissue tumors are more difficult and risky. Currently, there is no other effective curative treatment method except surgery. Adopting positive surgical method and complete resection as far as possible is still beneficial to the patients.
