腹腔镜袖状胃切除术（laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy，LSG）是近年开展的减重手术，由于其操作简单，并发症少，减重及治疗代谢性疾病效果理想，可行性强，受到越来越多专科医师、病人及医疗服务机构的重视并得到了广泛临床应用。针对亚洲病态性肥胖及胃肠疾病特点可能其更具有应用意义。明确手术适应证、禁忌证，规范操作技术标准和流程是提高手术疗效和减少手术并发症的重要保证。国际上最新的专家共识解读有利于国内临床工作的顺利开展。

Abstract    Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG) is an emerging surgical approach and has been a surge in popularity because of its perceived technical simplicity, feasibility, and good outcomes. We think it may be more useful for treatment of morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Asian. The international expert panel consensus statement represents the best practice guidelines for the performance of LSG and supports a first effort toward the standardization of techniques and adoption of working recommendations formulated according to expert experience.
