外科治疗治疗肥胖合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效已得到国际公认。近期《新英格兰医学杂志》连续刊发2篇随机、对照研究显示：胃转流手术、袖状胃切除术及胆胰分流术均可降低血糖及血脂、控制糖尿病及其相应并发症的发生，对比内科治疗具有明显优势。目前，国内尚缺乏手术治疗2型糖尿病的前瞻性随机研究。详细分析这2篇文章中关于手术指征、术式选择、手术疗效、手术相关并发症及其防治的经验，对于指导国内相关研究的规范化治疗，可获得最佳的临床疗效，对规避医疗风险具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract    The surgical therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D) is proved effective all over the world. In March 2012, two randomized and controled trials were published in The Journal of New England Medicine and disclosed that three kinds of bariatric surgery, including gastric bypass surgery, sleeve gastrectomy and biliopancreatic diversion, could improve glucose and lipid metabolism. The theraputic effects were much better than those receved internal therapy. At present it is limited on the prospective investigation in Clinic. Thoroughly analysis of this investigations will help us in correcting our treatment and set up Chinese standard on surgical therapy of T2D.
